I know it is less than a week since i weighed in but i thought i would step on the scale as i felt that my clothes were a bit loose.
ok 1KG is not that bad but its better than nothing.
i think i will aim to loose 2.5 KG a week. i wonder if that is a lot.
loosing is not the problem with me, the issue is keeping that weight off.
but since i started this farsecret journals and chalenges i feel i am sticking to my diests and excersise better.

Actually, that is a good amount of weight to lose in one week. Weight loss slows down after a while and 1 KG a week is the recommended amount in order to keep it off for good. The only way to keep off what you lose is to change your habits. Great job on the loss.
