I have been at home all day. I bought a kettlebell thingy and worked out for 20 minutes on that. It was fantastic. I'm still sore from pilates yesterday. We had hot dogs tonight for supper. not the healthiest choice, but I kept within my points range for the day. I was thinking about my fiber one cereal. Fiber controls appetite and at night I'm constantly snacking. I'm thinking of having a 1/2 cup of that every night after supper with fruit and yogurt. Sort of like a parfait I guess. That way, I'm not grabbing everything in sight. I had coffee today and it seriously kept me full for hours. I'm going to start incorporating more coffee into my diet as well.
