I started weight watchers this week. So far so good.
307.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

Good luck! Remember to read all your materials. Get in your HG's (healthy guidelines). Lean protein, lean dairy, fruits, veggies and oil. Drink you water. A food scale, measuring cups and spoons are great weight loss tools. Eyeballing food can lead to eating more than we think. Get active! Walking is a great way to start.
