I laid off journaling and following my exercise and calorie balance. When you do that, you fail. So, my weight is back up. Hopefully, I can get back on plan today. Hmmm, when one says "hopefully" it's a set-up for failure.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
