I have been so bad the last three or four days...don't know why but for some reason I have eaten everything I could put my hands on... just felt it was no big deal for some reason.. and then I start to feel bad for what I did and that makes it worse...I am going to try to start again tomorrow and get on track... pain in the butt.. I know...hahahahah
219.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
