Okay, now I'm on weight watchers. I've been on it for over a week. I lost 1 pound the first week and now I'm in the middle of week 2. I like it so far. I've done it in the past, but they changed the system. My problem is I've been on a diet for so long that I'm burnt out. I know this isn't a diet, it's a life change. But I haven't been able to change that mentality fully yet. I just need advice and motivation. I love weight watchers. I wasn't following it fully the first week, but I lost the pound. I know I have to stay motivated. I have lost 30 pounds on my own, so now it's just getting tough. I want to make a few promises to myself right now. #1: I will follow Weight Watchers as closely as possible (starting now! Right this second!). #2: I will record a journal entry on fat secret at least once a day (that's gonna be tough to keep, but with my blackberry I'm sure I can do it). #3: I will track all my food (that really coincides with number one, but if I don't make it completely loophole-proof, I will find the loophole!). Okay, that's all for today!!
