2 weeks, 1 kilo. I would have liked it to be more but I can't complain. The wife is doing so well. She has lost 33kg's now! Very proud of her.
213.4 lb Lost so far: 71.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

She is just following her own sort of diet, but calorie counting. Also not having any startchy carbs. She has alot to lose still but she is going well!
