I could not believe my eyes this morning! 192! Can you believe it!! I lost 4lbs since yesterday. I worked my butt off yesterday. I walked/ran 1.5 miles. I walked carrying an 18lb baby for a half mile. I did the kettleball, other weights and crunches. It all paid off. I am going to do 2 miles today and possibly pilates. I thought ok, 194 would be great I'll take 194 then I get on and its 192 I was like holy crap!!! 62lbs gone now. I can not wait to get in the 180's. I am so very excited.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Wahoo!!!! That's exactly what you needed!! A nice drop, a boost to remind you that YOU HAVE, YOU CAN, and YOU WILL lose the weight ... what do those doctors know anyway??!! Tee hee!!!! Stress seems to cause our body to hold on ... you had a stressful week and yesterday you worked off a bunch of stress in your physical activity. YEA YOGAMAMA!!!! I'm so excited and happy for you and can't wait to celebrate your entry into the 180's!!!!

Thanks gals. I feel great and now only have a few more lbs til I am in the 180's. I am still going to stick to the 2 miles a day walking along with other exercise. It was the boost I needed, thanks again.
