At least I am going in the right direction. Haven't been on here for the last week or so. Had a few vertigo attacks which helped with the weight loss. But I will take all the help I can get.
196.3 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 36.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
