Snacking maybe? They can be a killer. Or it just might be that your weight has leveled off and this is where your body wants to be, for now. Try not to stress about it, because stress will affect it as well. ((HUGS))

I don’t know what it is. I’m sticking to my plan and yet my weight is increasing. A month ago I was 7 pounds less.

Do you weight and record all your food in the app, including condiments? I'm asking because for me it was a revelation, I found out that my snacks were really disproportionate. (Same as Ichfjo I suppose?) Then if you look at all numbers you find other surprises, like some foods you didn't know contain so much calories.

stress, water retention, amount of sleep could be some of the factors.

whats your diet like. if you stay in a caloric deficit for a long time you can actually slow down the metabolism.

Perhaps it may be a result of a thyroid issue. Please consider booking an appointment with your doctor to have your thyroid tested if you haven’t had it checked out in a while.

Are you exercising? You may be building muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. How do your cloths fit? Could be a good gauge against the scale, (sometimes). Keep at it. The road is long, but oh so worth the walk!
