Happy to learn nothing bad came back in labs indication of that whole swelling reaction. I have a few things I am going to test out for allergy. Coming into a weekend away from home and my scale is top on the pack and go list
172.8 lb Lost so far: 33.3 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
