I had excessive calories yesterday so that might be a false loss again. Stayed on macro plan but a good 400 cal over. If this loss stays true I am going to raise my count. Could be why I’m loosing so slow
171.2 lb Lost so far: 34.9 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
