once again I'm starting over. I'm going to do this for as long as it takes. my biggest obstical will be exercise. yes I can admit when I get home from work I'm VERY tired and lazy but I some how have to figure out how to get my lazy butt off the couch to work out. I have no reason not to the kids are out of the house & now its just me and my husband. I know when I'm home just sitting I should be exercising but being a couch potato is just easier. I have no motivation so I guess I'll have to figure it out!
250.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi buddy I totally get you. That is the reason I exercise in the morning. After I get home there is no way I'm doing anything. I have been walking 3 miles, 5 days a week for about 2 months. Last Friday I met an 81 year old man who walks almost 5 miles 5 days a week. There are somedays especially Mondays when I would rather not...but this is for me. You can do this because I am doing it. Be blessed.
