came home on Saturday.away at daughters for a week..did a bit of steps and elliptical.. but also ate carbs..
starting routine again...body had a bit of a break but now,I am back in the swing of things...hopefully I will lose the 3 extra pounds and I will be back where I was at 190...Happy new year everyone may do steps for 30 min. twice a day...30 min. each time,break steps up...
192.6 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
