Ive been really strict this week about diet and gym, im excited and feel great! However im heading out of town, and the vacation kill me, although this is just phoenix for the weekend. Plus i HIGHLY doubt ill be able to stay away from popcorn (big movie opening!).
258.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
