Hello! my name is Waylon, 30 years old and just recently relocated to Seattle.

I keep gaining and losing up to 80 pounds every few years, its horrible! However I just need to keep myself accountable for once, and I feel this site will help... Starting at 260, and need to get down to 210. Some goals i have are 20 pounds by my Costa Rica trip (mid-April) then another 15 by memorial day for a Vegas trip, then the rest of the 15 by summer!

are your getting enough carbs too? Maybe try some sweet potatoes or brown rice. Uncle Ben's has those pouches that only take 90 seconds in the microwave, and their brown & wild rice is really good!

always remember veggies, but dont forget carbs, especially if esercising
