So Christmas brought me up a bit as expected. Just found out that my father passed away during the night. He lives in Spain. I hope I can control my eating as I am known to eat during emotionally trying times.

250.2 lb Lost so far: 65.8 lb. Still to go: 30.2 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
