Super stoked! Lost a total of 18.5 cm and 2.9 kg in the week from 13 - 20 Dec. I did NOT expect this, although I have been eating really well and started exercising. Wooohooo!!! Photo 1: 30 Nov, photo 2: 20 Dec - in my husband's no 36 shirt (that takes me a minute to get on, haha).
228.2 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
