I am a bit disappointed that I did not loose that much weight :(
167.6 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week

A pound of fat is great. When you lose much more than that, you are losing water and muscle too. You don't want to lose muscle, because it's muscle that burns the most calories. You are doing great.
