I have a feeling it will be a few days before I actually lose anything, but I figured I should "weigh in" everyday to get into the habit even if it's the same as before. It will also help track my progress!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
