I guess my body wants me to hover at this weight for a bit. I'm down 4.1 lbs since Nov 25, so not going to complain. Of course, I want my body to be in fat burning mode. If I'm still hovering at this weight after another week, I'm thinking I may need to change things up some more...
203.8 lb Lost so far: 4.1 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah the small stalls are so normal. Part of the journey. Weightloss is not linear. Just trust the process!

It's normal to see a big drop, regain a bit, and then return to the lower weight or close to it if you are consistent. At least that's the way it is for me.
