Feeling good, ketones at 1.8mmol/L. My muscles are sore but in a good way. Cannot wait till Saturday after my weigh-in as I will look to change my eating and exercise up a bit so body does not get too used to a particular state. Sleeping late is still the enemy I could probably have been 2-5kg lighter if I just slept on time but will continue to plan and try to make this happen.
