That's the ticket! Nice milestone (just before Thanksgiving dinner!). Hoping to keep it there for the day after as well and thru the weekend (another dinner on Sunday). Would love to see 198 by end of weekend (stretch goal) just to keep things flowing. I'm figuring by July I should be at goal weight, including those times where my body says "hang on." Keep the trend going in the right direction and keep my head on straight, should be ok. I miss being that weight. I'm looking forward to going shopping for small sizes again lol. I'm grateful that my 20s no longer fit and I'm about 5 lbs to getting into my 16s again. Downward is good.
No presentations today and a 6 hour day for work. All coding, should be a good, low-key day. Need to make the jello later for the "garbage salad" for tomorrow and go to the grocery to get broccoli but otherwise expecting a nice day.
