Hi Maryellen, you CAN do this. Just take it: one day at a time, one meal at a time and one BITE at a time. Remember you can do ALL things thru Christ who strengthens you. As you refuse that first bite of bad foods you are gaining strength. Each bite will build more strength and before you know it you won't even want that bad food anymore. I used to be a Mountain Dew addict. I drank a full 2 liter bottle of it daily (sometimes more). With Gods help I have switched to green tea with Stevia and was surprised to find that I like it even better than the soda. Focus on progress, not perfection. You will get there.
