Haven't done good in the preplanning area. Also not exercising, except for three times up & down the stairs with grandson today. Stillmtracking food. It's a start, and I'll take it!

Yes its a good start. Embrase the small steps and commit to looking for ways to make other small steps. You and I ate about the same calories today
