Fasting a.m. blood sugar 137; weight 167
Plan: IF/keto/exercise
Breakfast: egg, bacon, hemp hearts mini muffins. Lunch: hubby made a veggie/pork/rice soup out of leftovers. Don't know exactly how to count it, but I added salsa and cheese. I intended to pick the English peas today but we are having a drizzly rain so I'll pick them later or do it tomorrow. It looks like winter today. Supper: smoothie with blueberries, almond milk, plain yogurt. I'm back to riding my exercise bike daily and continuing with arm exercises with small weights.
Macros 17/66/17; calories 1159; fiber 8.6; net carb 37.70; net kcals -694
167.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
