I've started weight watchers, and am addressing my binge eating issues. I signed up for the 3 month subscription plan.. so I'm going to work hard.. I'm interested to see how the new WW works. If anyone has any tips or advice (I'm vegetarian) let me know!

The plan should work well for you. Fruits and vegetables are free (of course you need to use common sense). You can get your protein using many different sources such as low fat milk, yogurt, soy, beans, etc. The new plan allows you to eat more healthy foods without being penalized. Focus on whole foods and go easy on the processed foods. Nothing is off limits if you have the points, but they want people to focus on healthy foods first. Get in enough liquids/water to flush out sodium. Once you have the plan down (it can take a while to get used to) start adding in some exercise. Being active really helps. Good luck!
