Really happy about weight-loss, ketones at 2.6mmol/L. Woke up feeling crap consequence of my sleeping late, limited diet, 1 Hr Cardio, 3-4 hrs mowing the lawn and maintaining the yard. Will see how the week goes.
274.5 lb Lost so far: 65.3 lb.    Still to go: 82.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
