Did pretty well this week! I did skip my workout this morning though - was up for hours last night with my youngest. He developed a fever of 104F (40C) at some point between when we put him to bed and when I went to bed. Poor kid. No other symptoms or anything. Gave him some Tylenol but it still took him forever to get back to sleep. This morning I was just too tired to tackle a workout. Hoping for tomorrow morning instead.
