I like that you lose weight without restricting your calories intake to a starving level. Although you give priority to fats you are not afraid of carbs and you consume an adequate amount of protein ! A young woman not indulging to extreme dieting ! Good for you.

@Tassos67 thanks for noticing! My calorie goal is 1900 per day with 30-40 of exercise per day.
As far as my macros, I’m trying to be in the range of 40-50% carbs / 30% fat / 20% protein. I’ve done low carb before and it worked for a while but eventually I gained it all back and more.
I’m definitely following a CICO mentality with a healthy blend of anti inflammatory foods and healthy fats like olive oil and avocado! ☺️ But, you gotta live sometimes and be kind to yourself.
