Grateful for any drop. I have managed to get to gym 3 times this week, trying to undo the weekends damage.
It has been a emotionally difficult week and after reading some posts I realized that we are all going through our own stuff, yet we find a way to prioritize a healthy lifestyle. I am glad I get to be a part of this community, it allows me to not be too hard on myself, be happy, be grateful for small wins and just push forward.
132.9 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
