I am trying to get it together to make the final surge back to 175. I have relaxed my diet thinking that I have arrived, and then WHAM ... it is like one slice of pizza and I am two pounds heavier. I have also been struggling with portion control! Even when i am not eating something bad i am eating more! I am blaming it on the fact that my workout has increased, but that is just a crutch. Oh well ... here we go! Gotta keep fighting.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

Pizza has a lot of sodium. One slice won't make you gain 2 pounds. It is most likely water weight. You can actually eat more healthy food and still lose weight, than when you eat the more processed stuff. Eating fruits or veggies when your hungry is good and also getting in some protein (string cheese, low calorie deviled eggs, etc.). You are doing really well!!!
