Another fasting day got me down to 230.5 by 9 pm, when I ate some pork rinds. Had whey protein and a Premier Protein drink during the day.
230.5 lb Lost so far: 94.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
