Feeling good even though I slept at 1am and had 2 gym sessions yesterday, ketones at 1.3 mmol/L. Leg day today, so will try and sleep early afterward. Will see how my weight goes tomorrow as the scale reacts positively to leg workouts. Just looking a my analysis I need to lose at least 700g by Monday, and which would mean I need to achieve an average of 1.6kg weight-loss every week to meet my Christmas Goal. Traveling for my brothers birthday on the 27th of November so I need to plan beforehand to ensure I do not over-eat and under-exercise.
286.8 lb Lost so far: 52.9 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
