Okay! Still following KETO. My appetite has been low. I'm not getting enough fruits and veggies. I need to be careful about that.
157.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can eat some vegetables on keto. I just made a nice soup using cauliflower and mushrooms cream and broth. Salads work very well too. You have been losing lots of weight so it is obviously going very well. You can take a multi if you are concerned
