A good result given the start of the Xmas party season. Need to buy a new set of scales. These ones are giving different readings each time I stand on them. Taking the average reading of four or five. Lowest was 103.5kg. Highest was 104.5kg.
229.3 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Comments 
Most scales do that, especially the sensitive ones. It's best to step on it once and take that reading. If you want to gauge the scales accuracy, put an object you know the weight of (like a 5lb weight) and see what the scale says.
