so i finally decided to start again.. now that i'm back home.. hope everybody is doing well

196.5 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb. Still to go: 56.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 1.1 lb a week

which wasnt a good idea cause its that time of the month.. so i'm hoping that i'm actually a couple pounds lighter, who knows

hey jo i'm so glad your back.Remember where in it together.I just got over my yesterday, i thought i was going crazy, i was graving sweet so badly. So what i did, i had a cup of green tea with splenda and i felt so much better.
