Christmas is very soon. Is everyone ready?

I expect to be a few pounds heavier after the holidays, but that's ok ... I want to enjoy myself. Things will go back to normal after the trip to Kelowna in the New Year.


Onward and Upward
196.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
