Yay! Another good weigh in... so close to double figures now, and well ahead of my 25 Sept deadline! Very happy!
222.0 lb Lost so far: 62.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1131 kcal Fat: 43.89g | Prot: 100.57g | Carb: 85.19g.   Breakfast: Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Bacon. Lunch: Zucchini, Woolworths Tikka Chicken Fillets, Green Peppers, Green String Beans, Leeks, Carrots, Cucumber (with Peel), Red Tomatoes, Cheddar Cheese, Bokomo Provita Wholewheat. Dinner: Carrots, Celery, Green String Beans, Leeks, Chicken Breast Meat and Skin (Floured, Fried, Cooked). Snacks/Other: KFC Krusher Passion Fruit Yoghurt, Plain Yoghurt (Lowfat), Woolworths Biltong. more...
