I still have over 40 lbs to go. Any tips for late night cravings. I like sweet and salty foods at night. Also gotta cut the caffeine intake. Drinking 3 cups of coffee some days. Help!!
268.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Eating an apple at night has always helped me or some air popped popcorn with a little olive oil and popcorn seasoning

I’ve recommended what I do to others and they couldn’t do it, but: I keep a bag of tootsie roll pops and if I am hungry but shouldn’t be, or want something sweet (I don’t normally have a sweet tooth) I grab one and Do Not Chew It. I just let it slowly dissolve in my mouth. Usually lasts about 15-20 minutes. When I recommend it everyone has said they can’t resist chewing it up immediately. But I enjoy making it last.

Herbal teas! I'm drinking one right now called Glazed Lemon Loaf by Tazo and it is delicious!

I think we were separated at birth. I switch to caffeine free drinks NLT 4:00. I'm a fool for salty carbs!When I can't fight bedtime snack attacks I have small handful of cashews & dried cherries or a big slice of watermelon with a little salt on it. I find I can do that without starting a carb binge.

well I have stop snacking I eat 4 meals a day average 400 calories or less. getting work out in. I love sweets and junk food. I have been good for 3 wks down 12 lbs

I had to replace candy chips with strawberries yogurt also MCT oil golden milk bee pollen tart cherry juice I also ran over 2 miles yes you have to jog even how slow is good yes I buy butterfingers and had to dump them if you replace a little at a time sugar with fruit you can do it😁😇🤗

i take grapes shakes them up in sugar free jello powder and freeze them. or if its salty, i eat act 11 94% butter free popcorn

drinking cinnamon tea before bed makes my cravings lessen if i still cant resist i eat a rice cake with some honey
