Followed diet this week. No weight loss.
230.4 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

sometimes we don't see the fruits of our labors from this week till next week or more. Losing weight is a continual process, so just stay on plan and you will see results eventually.
