Made it home without falling last night. Lisa gave some great advice about how to walk in this kind of weather. "Walk like a penguin." Lol Can you see us all now. But I'm sure that it works and thatM it will save alot of people from going to the emergency room. Stayed the same as yesterday weightwise. Will be doing holiday baking this weekend at home. Need to get alot done on Saturday because it's the last weekend before Christmas. My daughter, son-in-law, Olivia, and I will be going back up home for Christmas next week on Wednesday night. It will be a busy and happy week or I hope. See ya'll soon.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 86.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank goodness you didn't fall. We don't need any more boo-boo's. Especially for the holiday season. You could walk like a penguin or you could get some cleat that slip on your shoes/boots. They work wonders. Great that the weight is the same. I know, I know, we all want it to move down and it will in time. Good luck on the cooking next week. I also have to get busy in that department. Be safe my friend and travel safely.:)
