Worked out this morning walked on treadmill at 2.4 speed on 1.0 incline. for 35 minutes. First workout in a very long time first workout since surgery.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
