This weeks cooking classes included desserts and a ton of meat (ate about a pound of chicken, beef, lamb, and pork last night). Not really happy about the massive dose of sugar I had when we did desserts in class (even a pear tart was painfully sweet), but no long-term negative consequences and I'm not craving the sugars...Continue to move forward!
