MJ's mom's Journal, 03 October 2020

I’ve been following a 1200-1400kcal diet per day, along with walking everyday. I’m really excited to be getting very close to a healthy weight for the first time in 4 years.

The hard part is coming how to keep the weight off and build some lean muscle. I think I’ll have to use my fitness pal to track what I eat for the rest of my life.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 158.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week
