Frustrated I worked my but off this week and no weight loss. after the 2nd day of jillian michaels shred i had such bad palpitations that kept me up all night i had to take a break yesterday so i hardly exercise i only did 30 minutes of abs of steele yesterday i was under my points so i figured today i would have a weight loss maybe i should have eaten more. my body is confused its a total stranger to me these days as i have no clue what its going to do next. I have mitral valve prolapse (a leaky heart valve) but dr once said exercise is the best thing for it so i can't use that as an excuse and give up i have always used that as an excuse in the past but my heart is fine i will just have to work through the palpitations maybe my heart just needs to adjust. I ate below my points yesterday and figured i would have a weight loss today for sure but i was wrong. maybe i should try to eat closer to my points because i hear going under 1200 calories isn't good. hmmm

When you do intense exercise, your muscles tear and water is replaced to help them heal. This can lead to weight gain or you might see no loss on the scale. But doing Jillian Michaels shred, you are going to go down in sizes much faster than with doing nothing. You might not see the scale go down as much, but you will see results. When you exercise, your body needs to refuel. So going under points may have the opposite effect you are looking for. Your metabolism won't burn, if you don't put something in there. So eat your daily points, maybe add a couple more for exercise. Play with your points and see how it goes. Great job on the exercise. Eventually, you will see it on the scale. But i figure, I would rather be 150 pounds and a size 4 (with exercise) than 150 pounds and a size 8 (without exercise). You are doing fine.
