I am so proud of myself, I exercised all week and I did eat right up until yesterday, I did have a taste for chinese food and I ate 1/2 cup of pork fried rice and 3 sections of the honey wings that satisfied my cravings, but I felt guilty afterwards, I hope my weigh in wont show that I cheated...LOL.. I am excercising like crazy and i need to have dropped a couple of pounds... hopefully..
