Ketones are 1.4mmol/L which is good but only 100g weight loss which is not good considering the effort. Slept after midnight yesterday as I needed to prep my boat which I sold over the weekend so that did not help. Will keep a close eye on everything
308.0 lb Lost so far: 31.7 lb.    Still to go: 116.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
