this isnt working. im feeling rather hopeless about it tonight...but im in a really bad mood so maybe it will pass by tomorrow

never feel hopeless. tomorrow is another day and things will get better. Use that bad mood and work out some of that agression with a high impact work out to release some of the good hormones and lift your mood and the added bonus of burning some calories!!

you can do it! just take it one day at a time. i've been there but am determined this time to get to where i want to be. i look at my clothes i want to fit in again often as a reminder to keep going.

Hang in there! I'm struggling too. I know that for me its the little bites and tastes that get me every time! I'm getting better at resisting those and I WILL succeed and so will YOU!
