Im a 30yo gymnastics coach. I have a 4.5yo son and after having him I lost all my pregnancy weight very fast. He stopped breastfeeding just under a year ago and I think I'm still eating for 2 because the weight is back. I also pole danced 2-3 times a week which I can no longer do due to work and I haven't found anything else that doesn't feel like a boring work out

How do i avoid being hungry all the time???
I find I go through my RDI way to fast. I'm always hungry and I go over!!! Water does not fill me up, it just makes me have to pee a million times!!!

This website is so disappointing!! I've joined challenges, groups, commented on peoples journals and I get no replies. I'm trying to connect with people to make this easier but this site actually seems to be making that harder not easier!!
